The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call about an unknown problem at a residence in the 18,000 block of Lincoln Highway Thursday, October 10 shortly before 9 p.m. ET.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded and investigated the incident and found that Raymond L. Buck, Jr. allegedly battered a person at the residence in front of children.
He was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years of age.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
