The deadline date has passed for anyone to claim the Marshall County Blueberry Half Pot prize.
Due to no winner claiming the half of the prize of $18,743, the full prize will be retained by United Way of Marshall County. The rules for the fundraiser state that since the prize was not claimed within the set time parameters, the full prize will be retained by United Way.
This year’s Blueberry Half Pot total was $37,487. Organization officials say the full amount raised will benefit United Way of Marshall County and a network of nonprofits serving Marshall County to improve the education, health and financial stability of every person in the county’s communities.
