Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a theft Saturday, September 7 at 1:30 p.m. ET.
Upon arrival Plymouth Officers, along with Walmart Loss Prevention, located the suspect, Heather Manns, with several items placed into her purse and concealed inside her clothing, according to the report. All the items were recovered from Manns and returned to the Walmart store.
Manns was transported to Marshall County Jail where she was lodged on a preliminary felony charge of theft with a prior conviction.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
