A suspect was arrested Friday, September 13 after an investigation was conducted across multiple counties for several months.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, 38-year-old Goble Dwayne Fletcher was arrested on a charge of sexual misconduct with a minor/statutory rape as a Level 4 Felony. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail.
Bond was set at $25,000 cash.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted in the investigation by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
