The Plymouth Redevelopment Commission members were updated on the Hoham Drive project when they met last week.
The overall project included the widening of Hoham Drive from Michigan Street to a point 260 feet west of Western Avenue. This allows for a 14-foot, two-way left turn west of Western Avenue and a dedicated eastbound right turn lane at Western Avenue. New curbs, gutters and sidewalks are featured as well.
City Attorney Jeff Houin told the members that the project is mostly complete after several delays with the project. The road is open, but workers are working on small punchlist items with the project. There will be new poles and a new stoplight at the intersection of Hoham and North Michigan Streets. A timeline of when the installation would take place was not given.
