Plymouth Police Department Arrests

Here are arrests made from the Plymouth Police Department:

On September 12 at 11:51 a.m. ET, Plymouth officers located a male subject outside of the Economy Inn that was known to have an active arrest warrant. Jared Warner was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

On Sept. 16 at 3:34 a.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department units were dispatched to the Super 8 in reference to a 911 caller mumbling and stating something about drugs. While en route dispatch advised that the caller might be in a particular room and upon arrival officers made contact with the front desk who stated that the man appeared to be “on something” and she moved him to another room. Both rooms were searched and the man was not located. He was later found hiding in the laundry room.
In making contact with Orlando D. Moore, 37 of South Bend, he appeared to be under the influence of a narcotic. Moore admitted to officers that he ingested cocaine approximately thirty minutes prior.
Moore was placed under arrest for public intoxication and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.


On Sept. 13, at 5 p.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officers located a subject with an active arrest warrant at The Dollar Tree on Pilgrim Lane. Justin Mishler Sellers, 41, of Bourbon, was taken into custody without incident. Mishler-Sellers was transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On Sept. 13 at 12:57 a.m., officers with the Plymouth Police Department stopped a vehicle for speeding on U.S. 30 and Oak Drive. The driver was later identified as Ana Maria Sierra Marin, 28, of Chicago. It was later determined that Ana Maria had never had a driver’s license. During the stop, the passenger, identified as Anayansi Cuevas Michel, 33, of Hanover Park, IL, was arrested for possession of marijuana. Both females were transported to Marshall County Jail.

On Sept. 14 at 12:30 a.m., Plymouth Police were dispatched to the area of US 30 and Queen Rd for a possibly impaired driver. A traffic stop was initiated near the intersection of US 30 and King Rd. The driver, Victor Apantenco-Perez, 26, provided a temporary visitor license from Chicago, IL. The odor of alcoholic beverages was detected emitting from Apantenco-Perez. He was given a standardized field sobriety test and then transported to Saint Joseph Hospital to get a certified chemical test. He was found to be over twice the legal alcohol limit. Apantenco-Perez was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for operating while intoxicated above .15 and operator never licensed.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On Sept. 13, at 11 a.m. Plymouth officers were dispatched to the Marshall County Superior Court II holding chamber about Fernando DeSantos, 39, of Elkhart having an active warrant out of Kosciusko County. DeSantos was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail to await transport to Kosciusko County where he will be lodged for his warrant.

On Sept. 18 at 7 a.m. Plymouth Police made a traffic stop for failure to use headlights when required.
Further investigation showed that the driver, Anyela Rodriguez Ordonez, 22, of Plymouth, had never been issued a driver’s license. She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
