Plymouth Man Arrested after Plymouth Police Receive Suspicious Person Call

A Plymouth man was arrested Saturday, September 28 after Plymouth Police Department officers were called to the Red Rock Inn for a suspicious man attempting to enter a room of another person.

Police found 61-year-old Mark Lovely who was reportedly still attempting to gain entry into the room. During an investigation, it was believed that Lovely was under the influence of narcotics. Police say narcotics were located on Lovely’s person when he was taken into custody.

He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked on preliminary charges of possession of legend drug, residential entry, and public intoxication.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
