The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a call Sunday, September 15 at 12:30 a.m. ET about an unknown disturbance in the 10,000 block of Olive Trail.
Deputies responded to the area and investigated the matter and as a result, 29-year-old Jonathan H. Stoller was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of strangulation and domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years of age.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted at the scene by the Plymouth Police Department.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
