Officers from the Marshall County Drug Task Force arrested three people Tuesday, September 3 on various charges.
Officers with the Marshall County Drug Task Force, assisted by Plymouth Police, located and arrested 42-year-old Brandon Meisner, of Bremen in downtown Plymouth. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail for dealing in methamphetamine as a Level 2 Felony, and dealing in methamphetamine as a Level 3 Felony. He is being held on a $50,000 cash bond. New charges are pending.
The same officers located and arrested 52-year-old Todd Hall, of Warsaw, for an outstanding warrant near the Marshall County Courthouse. Hall was transported to the Marshall County Jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. He was later released after posting a $1,500.00 cash bond.
Officers also located and arrested 33-year-old Anthony Kring, of Plymouth, for an outstanding warrant near the courthouse. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail for visiting a common nuisance and later released after posting a $1,500.00 cash bond.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
