One person was arrested Tuesday, August 13 after a Lakeville woman called the Marshall County Dispatch Center around 5:39 p.m. ET about a homeless man she took in her home and he was no longer welcome. He was apparently getting out of control.
Deputies responded when they arrived at the scene, the man was chasing the female caller, according to the report. The officer detained the suspect, 20-year-old Wilson David Arias Coldiadres at the scene. He was later transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked on preliminary charges of intimidation, battery, resisting law enforcement, and criminal mischief.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
