One person was injured in an accident investigated by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Saturday, August 3 at 2:45 p.m. ET in the area of U.S. 31 and 16th Road (Marshall Street).
Police say a 2013 Ford SUV driven by 78-year-old Helen Epley, of Argos, was turning east on Marshall Street and crossing the northbound lanes of U.S. 31 when she failed to yield to a 2020 GMC Yukon traveling northbound on U.S. 31 driven by 36-year-old Kristen M. Reigseaker of Middlebury.
Regiseaker was transported to the hospital for wrist pain.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted at the scene by the Argos Police Department, and Argos Fire and EMS.
