A Nappanee man was arrested Thursday, August 22 in an operation conducted by the Marshall County Drug Task Force.
The operation was conducted in Bremen which resulted in the arrest of 29-year-old Billy Kautz of Nappanee. Kautz is currently being held without bond at the Marshall County Jail on a charge of dealing in methamphetamine as a Level 2 Felony.
The Marshall County Drug Task Force was assisted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and the Bremen Police Department.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
