Marshall County dispatch requested officers from the Plymouth Police Department to respond to a residence in the 300 block of Skylane Drive for a domestic disturbance Tuesday, August 13 at 9:11 p.m. ET.
Officers arrived on scene and after further investigation, Katrina L. O’Connor was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery. O’Connor was transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
