
A Plymouth woman was arrested Wednesday, July 10 after a Plymouth Police Department officer investigated a call from the Speedway gas station in reference to an alleged theft incident.
The officer learned that Sarah Beatty had a warrant out of Marshall County Superior Court III with a bond of $150. Beatty, an employee at the establishment, had allegedly taken items while working there.
Beatty was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on the active warrant and on a preliminary charge of theft.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
