A South Bend Man was arrested Tuesday, July 2 after a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department K9 deputy conducted a traffic stop at the BP gas station in Argos at 6:30 p.m. ET.
The driver of the vehicle, 31-year-old Houston Anderson, was reportedly found to be driving on an Indiana regular identification card with a status of suspended-prior.
Anderson was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
