Plymouth Woman Arrested on Suspicion of Public Intoxication

Officers from the Plymouth Police Department responded to the Red Rock Inn after receiving a report that a person was trespassing on the property.

Officers spoke with the owner who advised a no trespass order had been issued and signed by the suspect, 49-year-old Katina Mattke. When officers spoke to Mattke, they observed her to be heavily intoxicated, according to the report. Police say a preliminary breath test was given with a result of .338.

Mattke was transported to the Marshall County Jail where a suspected legend drug was reportedly found in her backpack. Mattke faces preliminary charges of possession of a legend drug and public intoxication.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
