Plymouth Police Department officers were called to a residence on Dora Lane Sunday, July 14 at 11:13 p.m. ET for a domestic disturbance.
Officers conducted an investigation and as a result, 41-year-old Marc Stump was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was arrested on preliminary charges of intimidation, violation of home detention and domestic battery.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
