Plymouth Man Arrested on Suspicion of Minor Consuming

A Plymouth man was arrested Thursday, July 4 just after 4 a.m. ET after the Plymouth Police Department was called to the Prairie View Group Home for an intoxicated man.

Police say the subject had run away earlier in the night and his location was unknown. When the man returned to the facility, he was highly intoxicated and causing a disturbance which had been an ongoing issue, according to the report.

The man, 20-year-old Brayan Moline-Vasquez, reportedly had a blood alcohol content of .198. He was taken into custody without incident and was transported to the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of minor consuming.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
