A Plymouth man was arrested Saturday, June 29 after Plymouth Police Department officers were called to the Speedway station for a report of an intoxicated man refusing to leave the store.
Before officers arrived at the scene, the man left driving a vehicle. Officers located a vehicle in the McDonald’s drive-thru that matched the description, with a male driver that also matched the description given to police, according to the report. Officers made contact with the driver, 34-year-old Joseph Soto Crespo, who was reportedly determined to be operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated.
He was transported and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
