A Fort Wayne woman was arrested Friday, July 5 after a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy initiated a traffic stop at about midnight.
During the investigation, police say the driver, 44-year-old Ana L. Davilla De Santos, of Fort Wayne, was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver’s license.
She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver’s license.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
