An Addison, Illinois man was arrested Tuesday, July 2 after an officer with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of U.S. 30 and Oak Road.
Police say an investigation showed that the driver, 31-year-old Juan De La Cruz Lara, had never received a driver’s license.
He was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
