A Plymouth woman was arrested Saturday, June 1 after Plymouth Police Department officers were called to the Economy Inn to serve an active arrest warrant.
Angela Manns, 43, was taken into custody for the warrant. She had also been served a no trespass warning on the property. After she was taken into custody, police say suspected methamphetamine was found in her possession, along with smoking devices. She also attempted to hide from officers, according to the report.
She was arrested on preliminary charges of criminal trespass, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, resisting law enforcement, and the arrest warrant. She was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
