The Plymouth Plan Commission will meet tonight where they will discuss a rezoning request from Garden Court officials of eight acres from R-2 Suburban to R-4 Residential District located on Bayless Street.
The members will also consider a rezoning request from Graber Commercial Properties in Nappanee to build a manufacturing facility on Pine Road in Plymouth.
The Plymouth Plan Commission will meet at 7 p.m. ET, followed by the Board of Zoning Appeals at 7:30 p.m. ET.
The Plymouth Board of Zoning Appeals will consider a variance request for an illuminated sign off of the building at 113 E. Laporte Street, a variance request for an electronic message center free standing monument sign taller than eight feet at Miller Drive, a variance to have a 7X4 sign at a St. Michael Church parcel at 612 N. Walnut Street, and a flush mounted office sign at 627 N. Walnut Street.
Both meetings will take place in the second floor Council Chambers room at 124 N. Michigan Street in Plymouth. Those interested in attending the meetings in person should enter the building through the Garro Street entrance.
