Deputies with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested a suspect on several charges after an investigation into a call into an unwanted guest at a residence in the 18,000 block of 2C Road.
Police say an investigation found that 23-year-old Autumn Carlisle allegedly struck a man with her vehicle and also caused damage to a camper on the property. Carlisle was also found to be under the influence of alcohol, according to the report.
Carlisle was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail. She is being held on a preliminary felony charge of domestic battery with a deadly weapon, and misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
