A Walkerton woman was arrested Tuesday, May 14 after an officer from the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop after reportedly seeing multiple traffic infractions.
During the investigation, police say it was determined 35-year-old Roxie Morgan of Walkerton was operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated.
Morgan was transported and lodged into Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated over .15 and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
