A Plymouth woman was arrested Thursday, May 9 just after 5 a.m. ET after a Plymouth Police Department officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Michigan Street and Skylane Drive.
The driver, 37-year-old Karia E. Carrion-Rodriguez, was reportedly determined to have never obtained a drivers license and was taken into custody.
She was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
