Three people were arrested Friday, May 10 after search warrants were executed at Red Rock Inn and Economy Inn in Plymouth.
Officers from the Marshall County Drug Task Force, NET 43, Plymouth Police Department, and the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, executed the search warrants.
During the operation, officers recovered nearly 45 grams of methamphetamine, digital scales, narcotics packaging, and other paraphernalia, along with a handgun, according to the report. Three individuals were arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Martha Spencer, 57, of Plymouth, was arrested on preliminary felony charges of possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance, Chad Smith, 50, of Knox, was arrested on a preliminary Level 2 Felony charge of dealing in methamphetamine, and Tiphani Bowen, 52, of Plymouth, was arrested on a preliminary Level 2 Felony charge of dealing in methamphetamine.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
