A Plymouth woman was arrested Sunday, May 19 after the Plymouth Police Department was called to the area of Richter Road and Baker Street for a noise complaint.
Police say Marshall County Dispatch advised a woman was outside pointing a gun at the vehicle with the loud music. It was reported that a round was fired from the firearm, according to the report.
Officers arrived on the scene and identified the suspect as 47-year-old Samantha Hudson of Plymouth. She was taken into custody without further incident. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail on preliminary felony charges of intimidation with a deadly weapon, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, and pointing a loaded firearm.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
