Plymouth Redevelopment Commission to Meet Tonight, Special Meeting with City Council Scheduled

The Plymouth Redevelopment Commission will meet tonight where they will receive an update on the Hoham Drive project.

The commission members will also receive information on the Water Street Townhomes Project, the Michigan Street Master Plan, and the Centennial Crossings project.

A determination release of excess assessed valuation in each TIF District will also be a topic of discussion.

The Plymouth Redevelopment Commission members will meet at 5:30 p.m. ET tonight in the second floor Council Chambers room in the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street.

Following the regular meeting, the commission members will meet in special session with the Plymouth City Council members to receive training on TIF Districts.

The special session will start at 6 p.m. ET or immediately following the Redevelopment Commission meeting.
