Plymouth Man Arrested on Invasion of Privacy, Criminal Mischief Charges

Terry Rosander

A Plymouth man was arrested Monday, April 29 after the Marshall County Dispatch Center received a phone call from Gatewood Mobile Home Park in LaPaz for a report of a former husband coming onto a woman’s property and cutting the tires on her vehicle at 12:45 a.m. ET.

Police say an active protection order was in place.

Upon arrival, officers were not able to locate the suspect, but obtained an address where he lived. Officers went to that location but the homeowner reportedly told police that the suspect was not there, nor were they allowed inside to look for the suspect.

Later that morning, around 6 a.m. ET, a deputy spotted the suspect vehicle on U.S. 6. A traffic stop was conducted on U.S. 6 near Sycamore Road and the driver, 33-year-old Terry Rosander, was arrested. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of invasion of privacy and criminal mischief.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
