Plymouth Man Arrested on Alcohol, Disorderly Conduct Charges

A Plymouth man was arrested Saturday, May 18 after officers from the Plymouth Police Department were called to a home on Jefferson Street for a report of an alleged intoxicated man who was acting aggressively.

Officers responded and found 21-year-old Austin Reed intoxicated and acting belligerently, according to the report. Police say a knife was located in his pocket.

Reed was placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on preliminary charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
