The Marshall County Tourism Commission will meet for an organizational meeting today at 5:30 p.m. ET at the Marshall County Blueberry Festival Office Conference Room at 233 E. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
The Marshall County Commissioners adopted an ordinance in February which indicates that a seven member board would be created where five members will be appointed by the Marshall County Commissioners, and the Mayor of the City of Plymouth will have two appointees.
The commissioners recently approved the appointments of Angel Balsley, Mark Damore, Brian Teall, Matt Hovermale, and Wyatt Stephan to serve on the commission. Plymouth Mayor Robert Listenberger recently announced Tracy Houin and Jim Hartung as his appointments.
