The Marshall County Parks and Recreation Board members will meet tonight where they will receive updates on several projects.
Volunteers who have spent countless hours on the multi-use trail at Mill Pond will provide an update on the preparations of the trail this spring. The creation of the disk golf course will be discussed, and the board will receive a report on the progress on preliminary plans of the revival of the canoe and kayak launch project.
The public is welcome to attend the meetings to see what is happening with the county parks, and to get involved in planning events or possible projects at any of the parks.
The Marshall County Parks and Recreation Board will meet at 6 p.m. ET tonight at the West Township Trustee’s Cabin at Memorial Forest at the corner of State Road 17 and 14th Road in Marshall County.
