A Granger woman was arrested Saturday, May 18 following a motor vehicle accident at the Jellystone Yogi Bear Campground on Redwood Road in Plymouth.
Deputies from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded where they reportedly discovered that the driver was exhibiting signs of alcohol intoxication. Cynthia G. Heredia, 43, of Granger, was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked on preliminary charges of operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .15 or more, and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated endangerment.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
