A Bremen man was arrested Tuesday, April 30 just after 12:30 a.m. ET after the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Central Dispatch received a call about a man walking along the shoulder of U.S. 6.
While speaking to officers, it was determined that the man, 49-year-old Ryan Ivey, was intoxicated. He was transported to the Plymouth hospital to receive clearance. Once that was complete, Ivey was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of public intoxication.
The Bremen Police Department assisted the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department in this incident.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
