
A Walkerton man was arrested Sunday, April 14 after Plymouth Police Department officers were called to a residence on N. Kingston Road for an unwanted person.
Police say the caller said the unwanted person was intoxicated. 54-year-old Richard Moses was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked on a preliminary charge of public intoxication.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
