Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to Walmart Monday, April 22 for a man who was causing a scene and kicking things inside the store.
Police arrived to find Larry Baltes, 49, of Bremen, had left the store and they located him in front of the Ross store.
It was reportedly determined during the investigation that Baltes was intoxicated and he was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of public intoxication, criminal mischief, and battery with bodily waste.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
