A Plymouth woman was arrested Thursday, April 25 when officers from the Plymouth Police Department were searching for her to serve a no trespass order.
Police say 43-year-old Angela Manns was found at the Red Rock Inn, a place where she has a different no trespass order. She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of criminal trespass.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
