Two Chicago, Illinois people were recently arrested after traffic stops conducted by the Plymouth Police Department.
A traffic stop was conducted at 11:50 p.m. ET Thursday, April 25 in the area of Oak and U.S. 30 for a moving violation, according to the report. The driver of the vehicle, 22-year-old Abdullo Kimsanboyev, was reportedly found to have never obtained a driver’s license. Kimsanboyev was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.
A traffic stop was conducted Friday, April 26 at about 2:30 a.m. ET after police say a vehicle was traveling in excess of 80 mph in a 50 mph zone on U.S. 30 near Oak Drive. Officers were able to catch up to the vehicle on U.S. 30 east of Michigan Street where the driver of the vehicle, 25-year-old Faiyaz Mohammed, was reportedly found to have never obtained a drivers license. Mohammed was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office in each case.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
