A Plymouth man was arrested Tuesday, April 2 after an investigation by the Plymouth Police Department regarding a report of a domestic battery incident.
Police say they were called to a home on Berkley Street where it was determined a battery had occurred. As a result, 26-year-old Blake Brown was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of domestic battery and strangulation.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
