A Plymouth man was arrested Friday, March 29 after a traffic stop conducted by the Plymouth Police Department when he allegedly disregarded a stop sign at the intersection of Laporte Street and Center Street.
Police say 36-year-old Jonny Zuniga Lanza never had a driver’s license.
He was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
