Early in-person voting continues in the Marshall County Clerk’s Office.
Clerk Jenny Bennitt said 189 people have already cast a vote in person early in the Clerk’s Office. There have been 164 mail-in absentee ballots mailed to voters with 49 of those ballots returned to the office.
The deadline to request a mail-in absentee ballot is Thursday, April 25. Officials urge voters to return ballots as soon as possible to avoid any possible delays.
In-person early voting will be at the Marshall County Clerk’s Office through May 3 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturday, April 27 and Saturday, May 4 from 8 a.m. to noon, and Monday, May 6 from 8 a.m. to noon ET.
In-person early voting will also be available at The Pines at 1820 W. Plymouth Street in Bremen on Saturday, April 27 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET, and at the Culver Community School Corporation Administration Building at 700 School Street on May 4 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET.
Absentee voting by mail is also available. The last day to send in an absentee application is April 25. Ballots must be received by 6 p.m. ET on Tuesday, May 7.
Absentee voting by Travel Board is available by request from now until May 6.
