Early voting continues this week in Marshall County.
As of Friday, April 26, 399 people have already cast a vote in person early in the Clerk’s Office. There have been 209 mail-in absentee ballots mailed to voters with 110 of those ballots returned to the office.
The deadline to request a mail-in absentee ballot was Thursday, April 25. Officials urge voters to return ballots as soon as possible to avoid any possible delays. Ballots must be received by 6 p.m. ET on Tuesday, May 7.
In-person early voting will be at the Marshall County Clerk’s Office through May 3 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, May 4 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET, and Monday, May 6 from 8 a.m. to noon ET.
In-person early voting will also be available at the Culver Community School Corporation Administration Building at 700 School Street on May 4 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET.
Absentee voting by Travel Board is available by request from now until May 6. As of Friday April 26, 92 people have voted by Travel Board.
