The volunteers at the Trails at Mill Pond are hosting a spring clean-up day this Saturday, April 13 beginning at 9 a.m. ET.
The volunteers who have created the walking and biking trails told the Marshall County Parks and Recreation Board members last week that the original day was postponed due to muddy conditions so it will be held Saturday, April 13.
They plan on preparing the trails for the summer season by clearing any brush or other obstructions from the trails so users have a clear path for activity. There is another quarter-mile of trail that will be worked on for visitors this year.
The Trails at Mill Pond is located at 12512 S. Rose Road in Plymouth.
