Battery and Indecent Exposure Arrest

Plymouth Police Department officers arrested a man after being called to the Red Rock Inn Wednesday, April 17 at about 9 p.m. ET for a report of an alleged battery. Police say the caller also advised that the suspect, 44-year-old Jeremy Clayton, was exposing himself.

Upon arrival, officers located the suspect reportedly attempting to leave the area. Upon further investigation, it was determined that a battery with bodily injury had occurred, according to the report.


Clayton was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of battery resulting in bodily injury and indecent exposure.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
