The Argos Community School Board recently discussed the purchase of a new phone system, according to Superintendent Ned Speicher.
“That’ll be voice over IP and will actually save us quite a bit of money on phone lines,” said Speicher. “The total cost of the new phone system for all of our schools will be $15,669.56. It will save $991.84 a month. So, it’ll pay for itself in 16 billing cycles.”
Speicher said the board approved the purchase of the new system from Brand Electric Incorporated.
