Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Pioneer Associates, Inc. will close U.S. 6 between State Road 106 and Miami Highway on or after Monday, April 1.
U.S. 6 will be closed through late July for a preventative maintenance bridge deck overlay project.
Motorists should seek an alternate route. The official detour will follow State Road 106.
