Two Arrested for Operator Never Licensed

Two people were arrested last week on charges of operator never licensed.

A traffic stop conducted by Plymouth Police Department officers Thursday, February 29 at 1:15 p.m. ET in the area of E. Klinger Street and N. Michigan Street in Plymouth found that the driver, 33-year-old Jose Lopez Alberto Jacob, of Plymouth, was reportedly operating a Toyota Highlander without ever receiving a driver’s license.

Later that day, Plymouth officers initiated a traffic stop in the area of Pierce and Walnut Streets for equipment and moving violations. During the traffic stop, the driver, 48-year-old Jose Gonzalez-Aguilar, of Plymouth, was found to have never been issued a driver’s license and with a prior conviction, according to the report .

Both drivers were arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
