A Pinville, Indiana woman was arrested Saturday, March 23 following a traffic stop conducted by a deputy from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department in the area of U.S. 30 and State Road 331.
Police say during the stop suspected narcotics were found along with drug paraphernalia. As a result, 32-year-old Cierra M. Castillo was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of possession of paraphernalia, and possession of cocaine or narcotic drug.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
