A stolen vehicle was recovered in Plymouth.
Officers from the Plymouth Police Department were notified of a stolen vehicle traveling south on N. Michigan from Veterans Parkway in Plymouth around 10:30 p.m. ET Thursday, February 29. Police say the vehicle was located in the Culver’s parking lot and made contact with the driver, 42-year-old Chantana Hurstel, of Granger.
Officers verified that the vehicle was stolen and Hurstel was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of unauthorized control of a motor vehicle.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
